Hi! I'm a student based in Silver Spring who enjoys helping people solve computer problems. If you're having trouble with your computer, printer, internet connection, or just need help setting something up, feel free to reach out and I'll see if it's something I can help with.
Not everyone has the time, patience, or technical background to fix their devices when something breaks. That's why my goal is to provide clear communication and practical solution.
I offer support for everyday users who need help with computers, software, internet issues, device setup, troubleshooting, and general tech questions.
Since I'm based in Silver Spring, Maryland, I currently only offer in-person support if you're located nearby.
Appointment Availability
Online appointment booking is currently in development. For now, please contact me directly by phone or email.
In-person visits are generally available after 5 PM on weekdays, while remote support is usually available after 4 PM. On weekends, both in-person and remote support is generally available from 9 AM to 7 PM.
Suggested Contribution
If I spend time helping with an issue, a contribution is appreciated but never required. Most people choose an amount based on the complexity of the problem and the time involved. As a students, I'm around a lot of people who can't afford professional tech support. If you're worried about the cost, don't hesitate to reach out anyway. I'll do my best to make sure it isn't a barrier to getting the help you need.
